Provided by October Hosting, a service of October Industries [hereafter referred to as “October Industries”]

In order to use our services, you must agree to the Terms & Conditions of Service. Your use of our services constitutes your agreement with these terms, which must in all cases supersede all other terms express or implied. If at any time you no longer agree to these terms and conditions, you must immediately discontinue the use of our services.

Cancellations and Refunds

October Industries reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice.

REFUNDS:

Any violation of our Terms & Conditions of Service will result in suspension and/or removal of your account without refund.

All sales are final unless otherwise noted.

We do not offer refund on domains, past service, expired services, installation services, software installations, or tech support of any kind.

October Hosting purchases data, storage, software, hardware, licenses, services, etc from third party providers and vendors who typically provide those in annual or monthly allocations, without refund. As a result, we do not pro-rate services or provide refunds.

Exchange rate fluctuations for international payments are constant and unavoidable. All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars, and will reflect the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund. All refunds are subject to this fluctuation and October Industries is not responsible for any change in exchange rates between time of payment and time of refund.

CANCELLATIONS:

You may cancel your service at any time via the client area of our customer portal, accessible at www.octoberhosting.com, or by contacting us. Sending an email cannot be considered a sufficient proof or notice of cancellation until you have received a response from our personnel acknowledging the reciept of the message and the cancellation of the services.

Cancellations requested after the initial 60 days for accounts will go into effect on the renewal date for that particular hosting package. Unless specifically requested, the account will remain active until the period automatically expires. Refunds are to be determined once the account has been canceled. Payments older than 60 days may require a refund via PayPal or mailed check due to our merchant account policies and procedures. We reserve the right to send the refund as a check, a refund to any credit card you have on file with us, or any PayPal account you have on file with us. It is your responsibility to keep your account details up to date. In the event that you have no valid credit card, mailing address or PayPal account on file with us, you waive your right to receive any refund. October Industries cannot be held responsible for refunds that are lost in the postal system or by any bank, card processor, financial system or other third party entity handling your refund whether physically or electronically.

The following methods of payments are non-refundable, and refunds will be posted as credit to the hosting account:

Bank Wire Transfers
Western Union Payments
Checks
Money orders
PayPal payments

There are no refunds on dedicated servers, dedicated systems, administrative fees, domains, install fees for custom software, SSL certificates or tech support. Any ccTLD’s domain name purchases are non-refundable. We do not issue domain refunds.

If you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund, or if you have opened a second or other subsequent account(s) with us.

Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the right to any and all refunds.
